I am originally from Taipei Taiwan. I came to United States in 1995 to pursue advance engineering degree. I went to UW Madison and received my Master¡¦s in December 1996. I currently live in Michigan southeast region and work for a renowned international company in automotive industry. Photography has been my passion ever since I got my first camera from my dad in the early ¡¥90s. It was a beat up Contax 137 and a 50mm prime lens. I still have them in my parents¡¦ house in Taipei, and they still remind me how it started. Through photography, I found myself a way to share my vision and experience with others about the world and society that we all live in. Lighting and color are two most important ingredients in my photography. I have always tried to capture images at the right place and the right time. It can be very challenging to wait for the perfect moment to come by. It requires lots of planning, patient and sometimes a little bit luck. But when everything comes together, it is always that instant moment excited me and makes it so much fun for me. Even though I do not make living as a full time professional photographer, I was lucky enough to have my works published in magazines and took on several assignments through out the years. It just turns out to be perfect for me between my professional and photography careers. I like to dedicate this website to my parents and my love sister, Sherry. Without their support, my photography career would not be as enjoyable. Thanks for visiting my website. I hope you enjoy the photographs as much as I took them.
